Dr. T's Neck Pain Relief

The purpose of this training is to help you:

To maintain the habit of postural awareness.
Build neck posture strength and stability.
Reduce the risk of recurrent neck pain.

This course holds the answers to an overwhelmingly common problem… poor posture! Everyone is guilty of getting into a terrible body position, especially with the head and neck. This course will walk you through simple exercises to train your brain and your body to build neck strength, reduce the risk of neck pain, and to be aware of how you hold your body posture.

Course Content

Start Here: Introduction
Your ultimate goal throughout this course is to repair postural awareness of your neck. To accomplish this I will help you build postural strength and stability with specific exercises, to allow you to apply good posture to everything you do.
